Invertebrate Taxa
Invertebrates are those animals that do not possess a vertebral column.
This includes all but one sub-phylum of animals. There are lots of invertebrate
phyla. Some phyla are more familiar than others. This taxonomy list is
taken from Barnes' "Invertebrate Zoology". Various links here are
to notes from an advanced zoology course at the University of Florida in
1982.
